Q.

my baby is 8 months old... I have given Dalia at night 10:30 after that I have given milk at 12 or 12:30 at the time of sleeping but my baby is cry after few few hours he is not sleeping properly so kindly recommend which food I will give to my baby so that he sleeps properly.

A. hi mam,it might happen because of Colic or indigestion. so it is better to give light food like khichdi, rice, upma etc at night time meal. don't force feed or overfeed your child.
