my baby is 8 months old. can I interduced paratha in her diet?

A. Hello mom Yes, definitely you should start giving it now to your baby. It is totally safe and now your babies eight months old so you can add many things in babies regular diet plan. Rather than this baby should take at least four meals in a day so you have to maintain a diet plan according to that
