NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello do not give anything unless it is being prescribed by your doctor and you can include fruits puree which will help to improve the appetitte of the child and get ve child small portion of food frequently instead of one large meal at a time

No Would not recommend you to give any medicine from your own side if your child is having some dish issues with digestion or anything it would be better that you please consult your paediatrician go ahead with the way whatever medicines they have to advise you otherwise would not advise you to self medicate
