my baby is 8 month old so probably hand wash routine is not possible for baby can I use hand sanitizer for my baby dettol one or other one

ExpertDr.Rasika ThosarPaediatric Intensivist7 years agoA. avoid as babyight put it in mouth . for avoiding infections, most important is maintaining hygiene. handwashing plays important role in this. then good protein diet, vitamin c will help in maintaining good immunity. also wear weather appropriate clothing. also check water intake , as dehydration too can result in health problems
