my baby is 8 month old he passes loose motion from last one week he is not eating anything if I give solid food to him he vomit is this due to teething or stomach infection? he lose his weight also plz guide,what should I do

ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist4 years agoA. during teething kids tend to put everything in the mouth which causes stomach infection and their for loose motions make sure whatever the baby puts in the mouth is always clean and visit a pediatrician for proper treatment
