my baby is 8 month old he is having fever from last night and he did green poop so what should i do?

Fever is when the temperature of the body goes above 99 degree fahrenheit and the safest medicine in such situation is paracetamol which can be repeated after 6 hours again if required in a proper dose . Alternative medicine can also be tried if required like ibuprofen and mefenamic acid preparations.
cold sponging of the whole body with tap water can be beneficial too to bring the temperature down .Green colour Motion is normally seen in babies xand mostly it may be due to less feeding or formula milk feeding babies.
If it is associated cewith mucous and foul smell in motion than there could be some infection.
