my baby is 8 month old he has got fever since yesterday he is not eating food just drinking my milk is it enough for him. if not plz suggest me how to overcome from this

A. During fever due to loss of appetite the baby is refusing to eat but try giving sous and fruit purees to the baby and keep feeding the baby well take care
