ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician6 years agoA. hello. sipper cup is good to give water.. Give upto 60 ml of water. This doesn’t mean plain water alone. The water content in soups , milk , dal paani etc all counts here in the above measurement. So on a day to basis if a baby has soups , dal paai , kanji paani etc and a few sips of water it is enough for him.

Shabnam SheikhMom of 2 children6 years agoA. hii...Start giving water in a sipper cup. Once that happens, you can make sure that at least one feed of the day is being rendered via a cup. As your little one grows up, he will get used to drinking from the cup right away.
