Q.

My baby is 8 days today, and in laws are forcing to introduce him to Cows milk. Right now he is dependent on my feed and formula. Is it safe to provide cows milk.

A. Hello mom No not at all. When mother’s milk is not sufficient for babies are the best alternative of mother’s milk is formula milk. You can start giving cows milk only want to baby turns one year old. Till the time you have to continue with formula milk or mother’s milk and once you baby turned six months old and you can start giving solids and
