Q.

My baby is 7months 15 days old she have cold and fever so I consult a doctor and I give a syrup as per doctor prescription. now what kind of food can I give?can I give mini grains porridge ?

A. hi give light food like khichdi, rice, fruits etc avoid giving heavy , oily food items. keep your child well hydrated. you can liquids like coconut water, soup , nimbupani etc. Apply Babyhug rapid relief rub on chest and back of your child. dress your child lightly keep measuring the temperature repeatatively , if it is 100f or above, please visit your pediatrician.
