Go For all kind of vegetable purée and vegetable soup move Dal water rice water followed by a potato mashed potato porridge khichadi dairy products like Paneer cheese curd all these things can be given to the child from the very beginning itself you can go ahead with Suji items like Kheer ragi coconut water buttermilk and water but of course
