my baby is 72 days old he got scratch on forehead little blood came out do I need to worry about it vcan anyone help me.

give only breastmilk..
strictly observe for any sign of vomit, seizure or drowsiness and consult your paediatrician once for routine check up

Sushma PalvadiMom of a 6 yr 7 m old girl4 years agoA. hello mom, as long as baby is active and taking the feed regularly and not crying so need not worry about it. if you see any of these happening pls consult pediatrician immediately.otherwise clean the wound and apply cream or coconut oil for better results.
