my baby is 72 days , he has white tongue and white colour in mouth ,what will I do?

ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. give only breastmilk till completion of six months. feed in upright position and burp in-between and after feeding sessions. Clean with your clean fingers or use a soft cloth to wipe tongue
