my baby is 7 years 4 months old and he eats lots of sweets and chocolates. kindly suggest some advice

A. Hi parent Please don't give her such stuff to eat Maida , packagd and processed food , excess sugar and salt are very harmful Give her more probiotics millets and citrus fruits give her home made fresh food. Don't use RO water Take sunbath daily
