Q.

My baby is 7 weeks old. He takes more than an hour while breastfeeding and still remain hungry sometimes. I have around 65-70 ml breast milk production in 30 mins. To fulfill him I give similac1. I am taking lactare powder twice with milk. I want to breastfeed my child more. How can I increase my breast milk quantity and quality?

A. Hi Continue to take lactare tablet. Include ghee, jeera, garlic, fenugreek, raw papaya, oats, bitter gourd etc in ur diet to increase bm. The more u feed the more milk production will be there. Take care
