Q.
my baby is 7 weeks 3 days old . he is born at 35 weeks of preganancy. he is a premie. he had been suffered from jaundice too. my question is he does not start eye contact to me and does not give social smile. is there somthing to worry. plz help me I'm so much in worry

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 6 yr 3 m old girl4 years agoA. it need to be examined. Any pediatric doctor should see the baby for the examination as further management is according to the finding only . May be it's ok otherwise some tests may be required for confirming the problem .

shreya goelMom of a 7 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello mom Your baby is just one months old and it is too early that baby start making eye contact. Mostly maybe start doing it was the turn 4 to 5 months old. If your baby is active and taking proper feed on time then everything is fine and nothing to worry about. Baby should be totally on mother’s milk till six months for there is no need to give anything else
