my baby is 7 th month 10 days old. Can I give him cerelac food . can you suggest some solids to baby

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear parent, rather than giving such packaged foods, you should prefer to give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups. For convenience and quick cooking you can give homemade cereal pulse premix or homemade cerelac.
You should also give other solid foods like porridge, kheer, fruit purée, khichadi, dal rice with vegetables, curd, paneer.
Add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible.
