Tanisha MehindruMom of 2 children2 years agoA. yes curd is the best option...babies love it ..start by khichadi,oats,daliya ..add seasonal vegetables to it so that a child can get most of the nutrition from single dish..start with semi solids. gradually switch to solids...you can start with banana mixed in curd .thats filling and full of nutrition..good for digestion also .

Yes Paneer cheese curd all these things can be given to the child from the beginning itself along with the dal and rice water followed by porridge khichadi mashed banana mashed potato make sure that you do include good amount of Suji varieties as well for the child and good amount of water is a must
