my baby is 7 months old now she is vomting daily once from last two days, our doctor said that you can use domstal baby drops before feeding. still she is continuing vomtings daily once Is the domstal useful or reffer another medicine

A. Hi mom Domstal is fine for vomiting. Do not over feed ur baby. Look for the signs when baby is full and does not want to eat more. Do not give after that. Also maintain the gap of 2-3 hours between the two meals so that baby is not over fed and digests the food properly
