my baby is 7 months old...I have started giving her cerelac...is it okay? what food should I start with as her solid food??

ExpertRamya RamachandranNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear ma’am, yes home made cerelac is fine. You can start with one new food at a time and continue the same for a few days to see if it suits your baby or not
