my baby is 7 months old.i had normal delivery.muje abi tak periods nhi aay but spotting hui h abi 4 days back for 3 days vo bhi bhot kam.kya ye periods h

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. its possible in lactation ok.You can do a urine pregnancy test as that will clear the picture. Try to eat more protein n less of carbohydratesTry to cut on stress and un due tension. Eat more of fruits and vegetables and lots of fluids too daily

moreover my baby is taking top feed also,I am not having enough milk.or you can say my milk is not enough for a 1-2 days baby.
