my baby is 7 months old. I am giving her nestum, two times a day. is it good for her giving 3 times...food...? Ragi malt or something else like brown rice...?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. it is advisable to give complementary feeding made at home compared to outside food components. GO for food and recipes and flavours made from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits daily which is made at home
