Q.
my baby is 7 months old. He sleeps very less during the day. Like he takes only around 3-4 naps a day that lasts for maximum half an hour. He's very active and playful otherwise. Pls kindly suggest a way to make him have a sound sleep.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. sleep will be taken according to the need of the child so if the growth of the child is proper do not worry much about the sleeping pattern and sleep hours and it will obviously change from time to time and then stabilize.
if overall the child is play full and is well rsesponding then do not worry about the hours of slee and the will not have any problem.
(please note if sleep is inadequate then growth will not be proper sos if growth is proper then no need to worry about sleep)
