my baby is 7 months old,he is on breastfeed and also eat cerelac,which milk should I start amul pasturized milk or formula milk.

A. hello you should give bm or infant formula milk till one year and no other milk till the baby complete one year and cerelac can be given and you can be giving your child home made cerelac which should be healthy and nutritious food in the diet which is better
