my baby is 7 months old.. can i give buttermilk to her??

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. few sips.. it's better to give curd.. as buttermilk has more water content. Give 2 major meal and one snack a day Continue with breast feeding or formula milk on demand.
