my baby is 7 months old and I have started giving solids to her after 6 months onwards how would I know that m giving right quantity of food and m giving her solids 3 times a day and 100 ml 3 times formula. is it right??

A. dear mum , to ur 7 mths old baby the food frequency of 3 times is correct let baby regulate the quantity as baby is on formula so rest of the time give formula feed as per baby demand baby is active , gaining adequate wt n milestone then dont worry
