Q.
my baby is 7 months he don't want to sit whenever I tried to make him sit he slips his bum and sleep. and he started army crawling recently. is it normal?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. sitting without support and crawling in children may sometimes come after one year of age also.
if the growth of the child is proper no need to worry. just take care of regular diet and baby massage which will help in strengthening the muscles needed for sitting and crawling. y
in some cases crawling may be absent in children and directly the child will begin to stand with support and later walk with support and then without supportg.
take a medical check up done to confirm if there is need of any intervention.

I would advise you to make your child sit on a mattress on floor and keep pillow in the back and also on the side and in the front you have to help your child to sit with support as a child would learn to sit independently mostly by the age of 8 to 8 1/2 months right now the portion may be not correct so take 5 to 6 pillows to give a proper posture to the child to sit
