By the time your baby is 7 months old, your child can eat a variety of foods from different food groups. give homemade foods only like proteins, fruits, vegetables, grains, yogurts and cheeses.. now you can start Dexolac Stage 2 formula milk ..I'm also using the same and it is best for babies growth and development..

I am strongly saying always better home made food.Just 5mins to cook.one time work full month free. 1cup rice ,2 tps of masoordal,2 moongdal,1pinch ajwain. wash it, give it to folur mill. soft and soomth powder is ready. we can store it in to box. still if you need recommended brands, below are the details. Also give semi solid food like mashed bananas and mashed potatoes and mashed apples to the baby. Also give suji milk and daal paani to the baby. Thanks and take care
