Q.

My baby is 7 month ol. He does not sleep well at night instead wakes in every 1-2 hour that too crying. Sometimes he feeds and sometimes when taken on lap then sleeps. What should i do si that he sleeps peacefully fir 3-4 hrs at a stretch. ?

A. for this now. good sleep is a must for overall brain development of the baby . To give sound sleep to baby make sure the room is dark and quiet . Baby should not be hungry at bed time and also you can rock or swing baby to put to sleep .
