Q.
My baby is 7 month 7 days. Can I give her rice kheer made by cow milk. Please suggest me I am little worried about her diet she is not having any solid food and she is on the formula feed.

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom milk non cooked form can be introduced from 10 months onwards .. you can give her other solids such as Dalia , porridge made With ragi or suji , multigrain mix , kichidi , Upma etc . Steamed vegetables or soups or fresh fruit juices or purée
