my baby is 7 month 27 days old .can I introduce cottage cheese and chicken to her? she is already having egg yolk,curd .

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom curds can be given , but for non veg and panner would rather prefer to start the from 8 month onwards as by then they tend to get used to some solids.

NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello baby being small make sure to give easily digested food in the diet and cheese or chicken it would be better to wait for some more time and then start and you can give chicken in the form of soup to start with and a small quantity should be better and also safe too
