Like you mentioned your child is pooping normally so it is not a problem if your child has lose motions or if your child is pooping immediately after eating or drinking the things that you are giving then it would be a matter of concern otherwise if it’s a normal motion it’s common for a child to poop 4 to 5 times in the day
