Q.
My baby is 7 month 22 days old. I gave him banana with oats yesterday. Today he was crying while pooping also a saw a little blood in his anal area when he was trying to poop. What should I do to get him well. Please suggest

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. Hello, common cause of blood in an infant’s stool is a slight anal tear (fissure) from baby straining with the passage of the stool- give soft fibrous diet. stop giving banana, as it causes constipation.
