my baby is 7 month 15 days old she is suffering from gestroenrites what food should i give her?

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment alogung with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucoufs high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment
