Crocin nd emset you can give the first one is for fever and the second one is for vomiting of paracetamol can be repeated every six hours measuring the temperature and p the fever medicine you can give every 7 to 8 hours if it is needed and if the vomiting is much you should also go ahead with giving water with ORS to the child
