My baby is 6months old now,I would like to understand how many times I can offer solids in a day?Can I give nestum?

Weaning has three stages in which it can be started . stage 1 consists of introduction of liquids and solid foobd which shall be done at 5 to 6 months of age and needs to be started gradually step by step . stage 2 cognsists of more textured and new taste to baby by 7 months of age stage 3 in which a more variety of food can be started by 9-12 months of age...
