A. Hello good morning !! As baby is 6 months old feed semi solids once a day and rest of the day milk. For increasing breast milk supply have lactating foods in diet. Milk and diary products, garlic milk - Boil milk with crushed garlic cloves for 15 minutes strain milk add sugar and have it every alternate day. Rusk, roasted bread, papaya, chikoo, bottle gourd, Poppy seeds, garlic in curries, Kheema in regular diet to increase milk supply.
