Once your baby completes 6 months you can start giving semi solids like homemade cerelac, mashed fruits and vegetables, ragi and so on. Start with one new food at a time in small quantities. Continue breastfeeding. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil.
