my baby is 6months he have 99.1 fever and passing less urine with light reddish colour.i want to know why it is happening.

A. the baby is 6 months of a generally in summer season because of sweating there will be e concentrated urine more hour in fever baby will be having still concentrated urine give adequate water to the baby
