My baby is 6months 4 week old, he is in his teething phase. His motion frequency has increased to 5-6 in a day.. What needs to be done as he has become little weak and not taking solids. He is only on BM

If baby is active and playful, no fever, passing adequate urine ie. minimum 6-8 times per day, then no need to worry for motion
( once in 7 days or 15 times
per day- both conditions are totally normal.
and
Teeth can errupt at any time from birth
But most of the baby have their 1st teeth between 5-15 months of age
Teeth eruptions is a natural process
No need to do anything for that
Don't give any medication for that unless fever and exessive crying.
Just do gum massage with ur little finger thrice a day
Give teether if possible, Clean teether every time before use.
