A. Always start with a single food. ...After a week, while you continue feeding fruit, you can start rice water (kanji), after a week clear dal soup or boiled vegetable broth / water.Always follow the 3 day wait rule for every food you introduce.Homemade Cerelac: This is one of the most nutritious and healthy baby foods. ...Sooji Kheer. This is another best first food a mother should give to her little one. ...Dal ka Paani. ...Stewed Apple. ...Rice Cereal. ...Pureed Apple. ...Pureed Pear. ...Pureed Banana. At six months offer purées. At seven to nine months try mashed or minced food, (not purées) and be sure to include some lumps. Use a fork to mash foods and not a blender so that the texture is more lumpy. You can also start on finger foods after seven months.Fruits: Apple, Avocado, Banana, Pears, muskmelon, Peaches, Plums, Prune.Vegetables: Carrot, Pumpkin, Sweet Potato.Cereals & Grains: Rice, Ragi, Barley, Semolina/Suji/Rava, sabudhana/Sago/Tapioca, Ragira/Amaranth/Phool Makhana, Quinoa.Pulses: Yellow Moong Dal. https://parenting.firstcry.com/articles/is-it-right-to-introduce-solid-food-before-6-months-heres-what-the-experts-think/?ref=SEM_GSN_Parenting_Dynamic-3_Baby_CAT&gclid=CjwKCAjwx46TBhBhEiwArA_DjHkalhy-tMnH2dVmIK0znM2VLeT3pCxMOEUU_dGTnDDb_Oob5DvpGRoCKJUQAvD_BwE
