Not to worry if the baby is active and healthy otherwise and the poop is not watery or foul smelling.
Give plenty of water and also buttermilk coconut water lime water etc to the baby.
Once the baby completes six months can start with some dal pani rice pani mashed banana pureed apple gradually shift to blend food like khichdi sooji ragi porridge daliya fruits and vegetables to the baby supplementing breast milk or formula milk
