my baby is 6 weeks old he has not pooped from 3 days only passing gas he is only gien breastmilk is it norml in breastfeeding baby's or should I consult a doctor

A. No need to consult, typically breastfed babies will not poop as often because their bodies absorb most of the breast milk. going even a week without having a bowel movement is ok, burp well after feeding
