U Then start with Moon Dal water as that’s the safest and the best option to go for initially and then you can start giving rise water also to your child for a test change and then you can switch to regular food like porridge khichadi mashed banana mashed potato all these things are ready to go for vegetable purees all kind of foods on room temperature curd and Paneer are also very healthy to be introduced
