Start with liquids like dhal water , strained vegetable soup and based on the tolerance give purée and mashed fruits and vegetables. One meal a day would do. Rest of the meal you can give milk .

Semi solids like homemade Cerelac, mashed bananas, apple purée, carrot purée, ragi, daal or chaaval paani can be given in small quantities. Give sips of water in between meals. Continue breastfeeding your baby. Good luck and take care.
