My baby is 6 months old, she started his solids but after that he’s having constipation , how to get relief from this ..?

Constipation is normal in this age because when you introduce food to the child a lot of times it has been seen due to lack of water and not maintaining hydration in the body this can happen give more fluids and fibre in the diet which would be very good for you to give
