Q.

My baby is 6 months old. Past few days she is facing the problem of constipation. Due to very hard potty, she suffers a lot and has to struggle for 2-3 hours for potty. What to do??

A. Constipation in Babies less than 6 months is very common and more in formula fed babies. you can give bonnisan drops and some enzyme preparations in proper dose suggested by doctor and cow's milk should be jhgavoided before 1 year of age

A. slowly rub your baby's tummy in clockwise direction this would help also you can help baby do cycling exercisezs to baby. if still baby is uncomfortable try to give some warm compress. it may help your baby and can relax
