Very standard diet of dal water and rice water followed by porridge and khichadi mashed banana mashed potato mashed sweet potato you can give all kind of fruits and vegetables to begin with varieties made out of ragi Suji and oats Paneer cheese and curd also you should add salt and spices into the food for flavour and chilli from the age of eight months onwards and to replace sugar you can use jaggery and dates
