Once your baby completes 6 months you can start giving semi solids like homemade cerelac, apple purée, mashed bananas, ragi and so on. Start with one new food at a time. Continue breastfeeding. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil. Good luck and take care.
