Q.
My baby is 6 months old now. Can I give him water after his food (actually I forgot to ask my doctor about the same)

POOJA GOSWAMIMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Till 1 year, there is no need to give additional water to the baby as the main food is milk or semi solid. And just after food giving water is not recommended at all. If you really want to give it, you can add 140-200 ml of water in the entire day. Milk will suffice the requirement as solid food too is also fed in small quantities atleast for couple of months.
